Dr Victor Tay is a Singapore business and policy leader operating at the intersection of business, finance and sustainability when he was Chairman of United Nations Global Conpact, Governing Council of China ASEAN Business Alliance and CEO/COO/Senior Director at Singapore government. His past experience spans across regulatory reform, economic development, digital transformation, sustainability and cross-border trade. Victor has successfully advocated changes to 64 policies and regulations. He also chaired numerous economic and policy workshops at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, covering FinTech, regulatory sandboxes, SME innovation and growth, manpower regulation and industry development. Internationally, Victor has represented Singapore at the ASEAN Business Advisory Council, spoken at COP climate sessions, and chaired China–ASEAN government, he has contributed to discussions shaping regional economic integration and Free Trade Agreements.
